I ordered an open box EcoFlow power station from Caltech. Shortly after purchasing it they phoned me and informed me that someone else bought it about 15 minutes prior on their BOBShop storefront. The guy on the phone explained it as a system sync error on their side which allowed me to purchase the unit. They owned the mistake their system made and sent me a new unit without charging me extra. Whoever handled my sale deserves a raise, well done on your dedication to customer service.
