1. Delivery Costs (Nationwide) Flat rate fee - R150

2. Estimated Delivery Time Our total delivery time equals Handling Time + Transit Time.

- Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed before 14:00 (SAST) are typically processed the same day.

- Transit Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon–Fri).

- Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (SAST).

Standard courier delivery times vary by region. Major centers (JHB, CPT, DBN) are typically faster (1-3 days), while regional/outlying areas may take up to 5 days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Details

- Service Area: We ship nationwide within South Africa.

- Courier Service: We use reliable local couriers. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

- Oversized Cargo: Large solar kits and industrial equipment are shipped via economy freight to ensure safety.
