🔋 How It Works

When the charge voltage of a 24V system exceeds 27V, the Battery Balancer activates and:

• Continuously monitors the voltage of both 12V batteries

• Identifies voltage imbalance between them

• Draws up to 1A from the higher-voltage battery

• Redirects current to the lower-voltage battery

This controlled balancing process ensures both batteries converge to the same state of charge, preventing overcharging of one battery and undercharging of the other.
