The Victron Orion-TR Smart 24/12-30A (360W) Non-Isolated DC-DC Charger is a high-performance DC-DC battery charger designed for dual-battery systems in vehicles, boats, and mobile power installations. It safely and efficiently converts 24V input power to a regulated 12V output, ensuring optimal charging of a service battery from a starter battery or alternator.

This charger is Bluetooth Smart enabled, allowing full configuration and monitoring via the VictronConnect app. Charging parameters, current limits, and operating modes can be easily adjusted to match your battery chemistry and system requirements.

Featuring an adaptive 3-stage charging algorithm (bulk, absorption, float), the Orion-TR Smart ensures fast, efficient, and battery-safe charging. It is fully compatible with smart alternators, making it ideal for modern vehicles where traditional split-charge systems are no longer effective.

The Orion-TR Smart automatically separates the starter battery from the service battery when the engine is not running, preventing unwanted discharge of the starter battery. A remote on/off terminal allows the unit to be controlled via ignition signal or external switch.

Built for reliability, the unit offers IP43 protection, high-temperature shutdown, and short-circuit proof operation. Multiple units can be paralleled to increase output current, providing excellent scalability for larger systems. Installation is straightforward using screw terminals, with no special tools required.
